Authentic Leader Program is a leadership program, but offered even as a fist step as Authentic Workshops. The distinction between this and other authentic leadership programs is that we focus on the authentic purpose and the relationships to create a authentic employee ship culture.
The program is based on research on Authentic Leadership from the University of Lincoln, Regent University, USA and the school of economics, University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
